For users to manage roles and permission settings on Slasify.
This guideline explains how to determine and set default permissions in the system. It covers the permissions associated with each role and helps Project Admins (whether actively or passively creating projects) configure different permissions for their team members.
This guide will show you, the Super or Project Admin, how to assign roles to your members under a specific project. If you need a team member of yours to assist with cross-project management, you may explore the use of the co-management feature.
Please note the following shorthands referenced in this guideline:
- Role and permissions: The use of roles and permissions refers to the system of defining and managing the level of access and control held by different users. This system ensures the users can only perform actions within their designated scope, maintaining security and privacy.
- EE: Employee, who have General
- General : Access to projects related to employee job functions, such as attendance punching, expense reimbursement, and payslip viewing.
- ER: Employer, or Manager
- Super Admin: Within each project, a Super Admin has access to all function settings and holds the highest level of management authority. If your company has multiple projects with Slasify, the Super Admin role extends across all projects under the account and will appear as Project Admin in each project.
- Project Admin: Within a project, the Project Admin role has access to all function settings and possess the highest level of management authority of a specific project(s) for your company.
- Human Resource: Within a project, the Human Resource role has access to all settings related to attendance and human resources management tasks. Through a co-management setting, this role can also be assigned across all projects under the account.
- Finance: Within a project, the Finance role has access to settings related to billing, reimbursement, payroll reports, invoices, and financial operations. Through a co-management setting, this role can also be assigned across all projects under the account.
- AM: Account Manager, your main contact at Slasify
- Co- management: In a co-management setting, the Super Admin (account owner) can assign members as roles to manage modules across all projects under the account.
