For employers submitting a request to onboard a new employee with Slasify.
This is a guideline for employee pre-onboarding, which involves setting up the employee information for pre-onboarding preparations for Employer of Record (EOR) or Contractor service with Slasify.
This guide will show you how to input your new employee’s basic information into your project on the Slasify platform. The form will then be sent to the employee to collect any missing information you did not provide. Lastly, it’ll be shared with your Slasify Account Manager to review and draft an employment contract for your final review.
If your Account Manager requires additional information not collected on the form, they will reach out to you directly via email. This may be applicable for certain countries that requires additional, specific documents.
The purpose of this form is to collect the employee’s personal information as well as the basics of your employment offer to them in order to draft an employment contract. Competition of this form does NOT mean your employee has already been onboarded successfully.
Please note the following shorthands referenced in this guideline:
- EE: Employee

The following steps should take place on the Slasify website: https://slasify.com/en/
- Log in to your Slasify account. Click “Login” and finish the login process
- Go to the dashboard of the Project you want to manage.
- When you click on “Team”, you can manage the team member under the Project.
- Click on the top right bottom “Add new member” to get an EE onboard. "Add New People" will initiate the pre-onboarding process for collecting EE information.
- In the first step, we will ask you to choose the EE’s service type.
- Please consult with your Slasify Account Manager if you’re unsure of which service type to select for your new employee.
- It is extremely important to select the correct type of service as the difference between the two varies greatly and has impacts to the employment status of your employee.
- After choosing the EE’s service type, we will show you a page to fill out the EE’s information. You must fill out all the required fields.
- When you click the “Send invitation” button, we will send an email to request the EE to fill out the rest of their information via the contact email.
When you click the “Send Invitation” button, a reminder will appear indicating that the invitation letter with the incomplete form will be sent to the EE’s email for them to complete: - The EE will receive an invitation email. When the EE click on the link in the email, the EE will be directed to complete the form.
- Once the EE clicks on the link, the EE will be taken to a welcome page to begin the process.
- After the EE logs into Slasify and proceeds with the login process, the EE will be directed to a page displaying the information that the ER has pre-filled.
- When the EE has edited and completed the form, clicking the “Submit” button will ensure that our AM receives the information and can move forward with the next steps of the process with the EE.
