DocuSign Guideline - English

  1. Please check your email inbox to find “DocuSign” generated email
    1. Or please go to your “spam email” if you can't find the DocuSign email in your inbox.
  2. Open the email and simply click “Review Documents”
  3. Please select the signature disclosure box to continue.
  4. Please fill out the required fields ( if any) and sign your document to make it official.
  5. First-time users will be asked to adopt a new signature. Or you can create your signature by the “draw” function, to add your own personal touch.
    1. After creating your preferred signature style, please click on the button: “adopt and sign”.

  6. After confirming your signature, please click “finish”. Then the document signature is completed.

    Note:
    You are not required to sign up Free DocuSign Account to utilise DocuSign.
    You may be asked if you want to set up a free DocuSign Account after you click “finish”. Don’t worry, you don’t have to.
  7. Receive a copy of a completed document

    Once the document has been signed by all parties, you will receive a copy by email.
